This is what I had for lunch yesterday.
The mozzarella comes from Aromi la bottega. This melt-in-your-mouth milky buttery goodness is no comparison to those supermarket mozzarellas. Yes, it’s not exactly cheap, but it’s worth every halíř. Aromi’s la bottega is probably the best Italian deli shop in Prague, also the most expensive one. But if you are looking for unquestionable quality, this is the place to go. Good and ripe tomatoes and good olive oil are a must!

I've had their mozzarella. I buy a ball, along with a few slices of San Daniele prosciutto and sun-dried tomatoes. Then I get a nice roll and make a couple of wonderful sandwiches from it. Expensive, about 180 CZK per sandwich, but a nice change.
OdpovědětVymazatI agree with you, their stuff is great. Yes, it is rather expensive but I don't go there often, maybe once a month when I have a serious craving.
